Shipping policy

Our Service:

We exclusively use UPS to provide our shipping services. However in rare instances, we may use an alternative shipping service and/or provider at our discretion. 

Damaged Order: 

In an event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@obsidianoceanlaboratory.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will file a claim on your behalf and ship you a replacement item(s) ASAP.
