Refund policy

To provide our clients with the best service, Obsidian Ocean Laboratory adheres to a strict return policy. We accept returns of unused, intact products, at buyers expense, up to 14 days of item(s) being delivered. We do not accept returns beyond 14 days of item(s) being delivered. After inspection of returned item(s), we will issue a refund on the method you used to pay. If it is deemed that the returned item(s) are damaged or otherwise not intact, a partial or no refund may be given at our discretion. All sales are final on customized or custom products.
